Agniveer Salary Per Month 2024 - Army, Air Force (IAF Vayu), Navy Salary in Hand After 4 Year

In a significant development, the Agneepath Scheme (Vayu) has announced a unique salary structure for its Agniveer personnel. These positions, separate from the Navy, Army, and Air Force pay scales, are entirely contractual and limited to individuals between the ages of 17.5 and 23, with a maximum employment duration of four years. Unlike the traditional grade pay (GP) or pay band system, Agniveer salaries follow Agneepath’s salary norms. For the first year of employment, Agniveers will receive a salary of Rs. 30,000. In the second year, the salary will increase to Rs. 33,000. By the third year, the Agniveer’s total salary will be Rs. 36,500 (as of 2024), and in their final year of service, they will earn Rs. 40,000 as an Agneepath Army Salary.

अग्निपथ योजना वेतन: भारतीय रक्षा मंत्रालय के अनुसार, अग्निपथ योजना वेतन (पे बैंड) और ग्रेड पे (जीपी) अग्निवीर के लिए लागू नहीं है। यह अग्निवीर वेतन अग्निपथ योजना वेतन मानदंड के अनुसार दिया जाएगा। अग्निपथ भारती योजना पूरी तरह से अनुबंध आधारित नौकरी है। अग्निपथ योजना में केवल 17.5 से 23 वर्ष के कैंडिडेट  ही शामिल हो सकता है और यह केवल 4 वर्ष की नौकरी है। अग्निपथ योजना में प्रथम वर्ष का वेतन 30000 रुपये होगा। नौकरी के दूसरे वर्ष के लिए अग्निपथ भारती योजना का वेतन 33000 रुपये होगा। तीसरे वर्ष के लिए कुल अग्निपथ आर्मी वेतन 36500 रुपये होगा। अंतिम सेवा में अग्निपथ की सेना का वेतन रु 40000 होगा। वहीं, अग्निपथ योजना के पहले, दूसरे, तीसरे और चौथे वर्ष का इन हैंड वेतन क्रमश: 23000, 23100, 25580, 28000 रुपये होगा।

Agniveer Salary 2024 for Agniveer Corpus Fund

An employee must deposit 30% of their basic salary into the Agniveer Corpus Fund. And for the first, second, third, and fourth years, the following amounts are deposited monthly into the Agniveer Corpus Fund: Rs. 9000, 9900, 10950, and 12000. The Agniveer Corpus Fund’s total increases to 5.02 lakhs after four years, and after another four years, he receives 11.71 lahks.

Agniveer Salary After 4 Years & Benefits (2024)

Agniveer Duty and Work Area

Agniveer will receive training for anywhere between 10 weeks and 6 months before being assigned to the Army, Navy, or Air Force in any of the three areas. He can also act as an Agniveer for four years. After four years of service, he will be let go.

Agniveer Accidental Death During Duty 

If Agniveer is martyred while performing his duty, his family will receive one crore rupees. And he will receive his entire remaining job salary. Additionally, if he is injured while performing his duties and suffers a disability, he will receive Rs 44 lakh in addition to the remaining portion of his salary
