The BARC Stipendiary Trainee Salary for 2026 depends on the category and the training year. Category 1 trainees receive Rs. 16,000 in the first year and Rs. 18,000 in the second year, whereas Category 2 trainees receive Rs. 10,500 in the first year and Rs. 12,500 in the second year. After successful completion of the training, the trainee can be placed in posts such as Technician B and Technician C, and as Scientific Assistant with Rs 21,700, which is Level 3; and Rs 25,500 with Level 4; also Rs 44,900 and Level 7, respectively.
