 ESIC, Gujarat Online Form  2019 : Educational Eligibility

  •  Staff Nurse-  Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent or Registered nurse.
  •  Age Limit - Not exceeding 37 years
  •  Medical Social Worker- Degree/Diploma in social work and one year experience in family planning, social work / Health Education / Training.
  • Age Limit- Not exceeding 37 years
  •  Audiometry Technician- B.Sc Speech and Hearing or equivalent OR Senior Secondary School Certificate with DCD with  Two years experience in Audiometry
  • Age Limit- Less than  32 years
  •  Occupational Therapist- 10+2 / Sr. Secondary with Science/Three years Degree Course or Diploma and Six months internship.
  • Age Limit- Not exceeding 32 years
  •  Dietician- Master‟s Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition or in Home Science with Nutrition OR B.Sc. (Home Science with Nutrition as with one year practical experience  special subject)
  • Age Limit- Less than 32 years
  •  Physiotherapist- 10+2 / Sr. Secondary with Science/3 years Degree Course or Diploma Training/Six months internship in the field.
  • Age Limit- Less than 32 years
  •  Lab Assistant- Senior Secondary / 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Diploma in MLT
  • Age Limit- Less than 32 years
  •  Pharmacist (Ayu)- Matriculation ( 10 Pass) or equivalent qualification/Diploma in Ayurvedic / Three years experience in Ayurvedic Pharmacy
  • Age Limit- Less than 32 years
  •  Pharmacist (Allopathic)- Degree in Pharmacy / Sr. Secondary with Diploma in Pharmacy
  • Age Limit- Less than 32 years
  •  ECG Technician- Science Graduate and have  one year experience  OR Sr. Secondary/10+2 or equivalent qualification with three years experience of handling ECG Machine
  • Age Limit- Not exceeding 32 years
  •  OT Assistant- Senior Secondary / 10+2 with Science with one Year experience in OT of a recognized hospital
  • Age Limit- Not exceeding 32 years
