FCI Assistant Grade 3 Salary in hand is calculated on the basis of the pay scale is ₹28200/- 79200/- with grade pay of IDA. DA is 34% of Basic, and HRA is 15% of Basic. Deduction of NPS and PF both 10% of Basic payment.

FCI AG 3 Promotion Structure, List and Time

The promotion structure for FCI Assistant Grade AG 3 depends on several factors. An AG 3 employee who has been involved in illegal activities or has been suspended will not be eligible for promotion. An FCI Grade 3 employee with a good track record can expect to be promoted to Grade 2 after 8-10 years of service. After 15-20 years of service, if the employee’s performance is consistently good, they can be promoted to Grade 1.
