✨Gujarat High Court Assistant Syllabus (2024)

Gujarat High Court Assistant Exam 2024 is a graduate-level online (CBT) examination for recruitment to the posts of Assistant in Subordinate Courts in the state of Gujarat. The exam will consist of 100 multiple choice questions in English and candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the exam. Each correct answer will carry 1 mark, with a negative marking of 0.33 marks.

The selection process for Gujarat High Court Assistant Exam 2024 will consist of three stages:

  • Elimination test

  • Main Written Examination

  • Skill Test

Candidates who qualify for the elimination test will be eligible to appear for the main written examination. The Main Written Examination will be a descriptive type examination that will test the writing skills of the candidate. Skill tests will be used to test the typing skills of the candidate.

Typing Test


Those who pass the Main Written Examination (in the Descriptive Type) will need to participate in a Typing Test of 40 marks, which will last for 10 minutes and will be conducted on a computer in either English or Gujarati, depending on the case. The Typing Test will be held in Ahmedabad or any other location(s) determined by the High Court.
