Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Nasik, has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of ITI, Diploma, and Graduate Apprenticeship. There are various HAL apprenticeship vacancies to be filled for these jobs. HAL Apprenticeship Salary: Overview

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has updated the minimum payable stipend (salary) rate. Starting in Hand stipend is based on educational background and trade type. The base HAL Apprentice salary is therefore Rs. 7,000. The HAL ITI Trade Apprentice's first-year pay scale ranges from Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 9,000. (approximately).

The Maximum Salary for the Graduate apprenticeship is Rs.10,000/-. These stipends can be increased depending on the total time duration of the apprenticeship.

HAL Apprentice Stipend As Per Apprenticeship Act 1961

HAL Apprentice Stipend will be per the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and shall be paid monthly. According to the Apprenticeship Act, Class 05th to Class 09th minimum monthly stipend should be Rs. 5000/-. All stream Technician apprentices or diploma holders can get a monthly stipend of Rs.7000/-. All stream Graduate apprentices or Degree can also get a monthly stipend of Rs.8000/- 

The pay scale of Rs.7,000 - 9,000/- at the minimum Basic Pay of Rs.7,000/- during one-year training cum probation as Executive Trainee in E-2 grade.

HAL Nasik Apprentice Pay and Allowances

Basic Pay as applicable in the grade, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) at the applicable rates, and perks & allowances under the cafeteria approach.

Variable Pay

Performance Related Pay is based on individual and organizational performance.

Other Benefits

Company Accommodation / Leased Accommodation/HRA, the medical facility, group insurance, etc. All the above benefits will be governed by the policy of the Company in force & amended from time to time.
