• Matric / Intermediate / Graduation Passed Certificate etc..

Provisional/online education certificate 

• Matric certificate from Open School ( Only For Open School Candidate)

Nativity/Domicile Certificate

• Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.

Class/ Caste Certificate.

• issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate.

Religion Certificate

• Issued by the Tehsildar/SDM ( If your Caste in not mentioned in Caste Certificate)

School Character Certificate

• issued by the School/College Principal/ Headmaster,

Character Certificate

• issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within the last six months

NCC Certificate. 

• NCC A/ B/ C certificates should have a photograph

Relationship Certificate. 

• DOS/ DOEX/ DOW/ DOWW Candidates

Unmarried Certificate. 

• unmarried female and a citizen of India Certificate.
•  issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within the last six months

Married Candidates

• Women who are widowed, divorced, or legally separated are also eligible provided they do not have any children.
