QUALIFICATION -

Soldier General Duty

•  10th/ Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.

Soldier Technical -

•  10+2/ Intermediate Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Math and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.

Soldier Clerk /Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management -

• 10+2 / Intermediate pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Math/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Soldier Tradesman 10th Pass-

• 10th Passed
• No stipulation in aggregate percentage with min 33% in each subject.

Soldier Tradesman 8th Pass -

• Class 8th Passed (For Syce, House Keeper & Mess Keeper). SLC should be countersigned by District Education Officer.
• No stipulation in aggregate percentage with min 33% in each subject.

AGE LIMIT -

Soldier GD (01/Oct/1998 to 01/Apr/2002) -  

• Minimum - 17 1/2 Years
• Maximum - 21 Years

Others (01/Oct/1996 to 01/Apr/2002) -

• Minimum - 17 1/2 Years
• Maximum - 23 Years
