The University of Lucknow offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, certificate, M.Phil., and doctoral programmes. For admission to undergraduate programmes, candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in the entrance exam conducted by the university. For B.Tech courses, students are supposed to qualify for the UPSEE examination. For admission to an MBA programme, candidates need to qualify for the entrance examination conducted by the university. For BA and BA (Hons), the university conducts on-campus and online counselling. For undergraduate programmes, students must have a minimum score of 50% in 10+12. For postgraduate programmes, students must have a relevant bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks.
