MPHC Group D स्क्रीनिंग: 20 अंक 

स्क्रीनिंग हेतु समस्त अभ्यार्थियों को प्रवेश पत्र एमपी ऑनलाइन द्वारा जारी किया जाएगा I  स्क्रीनिंग हेतु विद्यार्थियों को समिति के समक्ष उच्च न्यायालय मध्यप्रदेश खंडपीठ ग्वालियर में समस्त अधिकारी मूल प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ मूल पहचान पत्र सहित उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य होगा | स्क्रीनिंग के समय आरक्षित वर्ग के समस्त अभ्यर्थियों को सक्षम अधिकारी (जो अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी के निचले स्तर का हो) द्वारा प्रदत्त स्थाई जाति प्रमाण पत्र मूलतः प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक होगा I इस ट्रेनिंग में प्राप्त अंकों को अंतिम चयन सूची तैयार करते समय नहीं जोड़ा जाएगा I

All candidates will receive online admit cards from MP before the screening process begins. Students must appear before the committee in person, along with all official original certificates and the original identity card, at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, bench Gwalior, for screening. All candidates in the reserved category will need to show the permanent caste certificate provided by the qualified officer during the screening process. The final selection list will not include the marks attained during this training.

MPHC Group D साक्षात्कार: 20 अंक 

स्क्रीनिंग के पश्चात मेरिट अनुसार सफल पाए गए अभ्यर्थियों की सूची 1:3  के अनुपात में तैयार कर मध्य प्रदेश न्यायालय खंडपीठ ग्वालियर के सूचना पटल पर चस्पा की जाएगी I  साक्षात्कार हेतु सफल पाएंगे अभ्यर्थियों को अपने आवेदन पत्र समस्त दस्तावेज की स्वयं प्रमाणित छायाप्रति या एवं नवीन कलर फोटोग्राफ के साथ अपनी कैटेगरी सहित लिफाफे के ऊपर स्पष्ट रूप से जिस हेतु आवेदन पत्र भेजा जा रहा है अंकित करते हुए प्रेषित किया जाना आवश्यक होगा I आवेदन पत्र मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय खंडपीठ ग्वालियर द्वारा निर्धारित की गई तिथि में आवश्यक रूप से प्रिंसिपल रजिस्ट्रार उच्च न्यायालय मध्यप्रदेश खंडपीठ ग्वालियर के नाम से संबोधित करते हुए उच्च न्यायालय मध्यप्रदेश खंडपीठ ग्वालियर की शाखा में व्यक्तिगत रूप से अथवा स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से जमा कराना होगा I मुख्य इंटरव्यू 20 अंकों का होगा मुख्य इंटरव्यू में  प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर मेरिट के अनुसार विद्यार्थियों का चयन एवं प्रतीक्षा सूची तैयार की जाएगी I

Following the merit test, a list of those who passed will be compiled in a 1:3 ratio and displayed on the notice board of the Madhya Pradesh Court Bench in Gwalior. It will be necessary to identify the application for which the application is being sent, along with the color photograph and its category, above the envelope. According to the Principal Registrar High, the application form must be delivered by the Madhya Pradesh High Court Bench, Gwalior. The form should be addressed in the name of the Court Madhya Pradesh Bench, Gwalior, and delivered in person or via speed post to the Gwalior branch. Based on the marks, the main interview will be worth 20 marks.
