Karun Pratap Singh- The age is shown 58 years but after seeing in advertisement it is 30years why there is contradiction

The NCCS has two different notification types: for scientist and research positions, the upper age ranges from 45 to 58. In contrast, the upper age limit for administrative and technical staff recruitment is 25–30 years, excluding age relaxation.
