National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut has announced recruitment for the position of Professor, Associate Professor for the year 2023. The total number of vacancies available is 137. The minimum pay scale per month for the position is Rs. 12,000, with a maximum pay scale of Rs. 35,000. The age limit for the position is 60 years. 

The selection process involves a written exam. The application process for the recruitment drive started on 26th April 2023 and will conclude on 15th May 2023. The application fee for General, EWS, and OBC candidates is Rs. 2500, while for SC, ST, and physically handicapped candidates, it is Rs. 1000. The payment mode for the exam fee is through debit/credit card and online banking.

The eligibility criteria for the position of Assistant Professor (Grade I & II) require a Ph.D. degree. For the position of Professor, the education qualification required is M. Arch/ M. Plan/ Ph.D. The education qualification required for the position of Associate Professor is a Ph.D. degree.
