(ਆਈ) ਕਿਸੇ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ / ਸੰਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਲਾਅ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ; (II) ਭਰਤੀ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਯੋਗੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ. (III) ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਟਾਈਪਿੰਗ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭਰਤੀ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤੀਹ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਿੰਟ ਦੀ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਸਰਵਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਧਾਰਣ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ) ਨਿਯਮ, 1994, ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਸੋਧਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ. (iv) ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਮਵਰ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਆਈਐਸਓ 9001 ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਤ ਜਾਂ ਪਾਸ ਹੈ, ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਉਤਪਾਦਕਤਾ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਡੈਸਕਟਾਪ ਪਬਲਿਸ਼ਿੰਗ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਸਨਲ ਕੰਪਿ Computerਟਰ ਜਾਂ ਇਨਫਰਮੇਸ਼ਨ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੌਜੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੇ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਲਈ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ ਇੱਕ ਸੌ ਵੀਹ ਘੰਟੇ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ. ਇੱਕ ਕੰਪਿ Informationਟਰ ਇਨਫਾਰਮੇਸ਼ਨ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੌਜੀ ਕੋਰਸ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰਾਨਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਪਿredਟਰ ਕੋਰਸ (ਡੀਓਈਏਸੀਸੀ) ਦੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਓ. ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੈ.
