Note: If the photograph & Signature will not be clear, then the application Lab Tech & RSMSSB Radiographer form will be rejected.

  • Latest colored photographs 
  • The face should be clear.
  • Eyes Should be open and Mouth Should be closed.
  • Background white or light grey.
  • Photo Size (JPEG) 35mm (1.4inch) and 45 mm(1.75 inches)
  • Photo Pixel (JPEG) Min - 240*320 & Max - 480*640 (0.3 Megapixel)
  • The photo should not be older than 6 months.
  • If you wear glass, then you can use a photo of glass.
