01 It is reiterated that RRBs have engaged a highly reputed company to conduct the Computer Based Test for CEN RRC 01/2019 - Level 1 (Erstwhile Group D) recruitment in which more than 1.1 crore candidates are appearing. Three phases of CBT have already been completed involving 12 Zonal Railways. The fourth phase started on 19.09.2022.

02 Various safeguards and protections are built into the system to prevent and eliminate any kind of irregularity. The allocation of the center to the candidates is randomized through computer logic. Also, once candidates report at the exam center and register themselves, the allocation of lab and
seats are also randomized.

किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता को रोकने और समाप्त करने के लिए सिस्टम में विभिन्न सुरक्षा उपाय और सुरक्षा बनाए गए हैं। उम्मीदवारों को केंद्र का आवंटन कंप्यूटर लॉजिक के माध्यम से यादृच्छिक रूप से किया जाता है। साथ ही, एक बार जब उम्मीदवार परीक्षा केंद्र पर रिपोर्ट करते हैं और अपना पंजीकरण कराते हैं, तो प्रयोगशाला और सीटों का आवंटन भी यादृच्छिक रूप से किया जाता है।

03 The question paper is in highly encrypted form (256-bit encryption), and no one other than the candidate can access the question paper, and that too once the candidate does second & final login into the computer after the start of the exam and hence final decryption of question paper takes place at this stage.

04 The sequence of questions in the question paper that is made available to candidates has also been randomized along with the randomization of all four options available for the question. Each candidate in the exam center thus has a unique question paper. Thus, the sequence is completely different from the question sequence in the master question paper. Therefore, if anyone claims that/she can provide the answer key to a candidate it is totally false, baseless, and misleading.

उम्मीदवारों को उपलब्ध कराए गए प्रश्न पत्र में प्रश्नों के क्रम को भी प्रश्न के लिए उपलब्ध सभी चार विकल्पों के यादृच्छिकरण के साथ यादृच्छिक किया गया है। परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार के पास एक अनूठा प्रश्न पत्र होता है। इस प्रकार, अनुक्रम मास्टर प्रश्न पत्र में प्रश्न अनुक्रम से बिल्कुल अलग है। इसलिए, यदि कोई दावा करता है कि वह किसी उम्मीदवार को उत्तर कुंजी प्रदान कर सकता है, तो यह पूरी तरह से गलत, निराधार और भ्रामक है।

05The exams are conducted under the strict surveillance of CCTV cameras with a full recording of each and every candidate. Besides this, the Railways also deploy their own staff at each center to monitor the activities of candidates as well as staff of the Exam Conducting Agency to ensure smooth conduction of exams.

परीक्षा प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार की पूरी रिकॉर्डिंग के साथ सीसीटीवी कैमरों की कड़ी निगरानी में आयोजित की जाती है। इसके अलावा, रेलवे परीक्षा के सुचारू संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों के साथ-साथ परीक्षा संचालन एजेंसी के कर्मचारियों की गतिविधियों की निगरानी के लिए प्रत्येक केंद्र पर अपने स्वयं के कर्मचारियों को भी तैनात करता है।

06 The candidates are once again requested to beware of touts who try to misguide candidates with fake promises of appointment for jobs on illegal consideration and do not pay attention to news being circulated on Electronic & Print Media. The same has already been clarified to candidates by RRB NOTICE published on RRBs websites on 29.08.2022

उम्मीदवारों से एक बार फिर से उन दलालों से सावधान रहने का अनुरोध किया जाता है जो अवैध रूप से नौकरी के लिए नियुक्ति के झूठे वादों के साथ उम्मीदवारों को गुमराह करने की कोशिश करते हैं और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और प्रिंट मीडिया पर प्रसारित समाचारों पर ध्यान नहीं देते हैं। 29.08.2022 को आरआरबी की वेबसाइटों पर प्रकाशित आरआरबी नोटिस द्वारा उम्मीदवारों को पहले ही स्पष्ट कर दिया गया है।
