| The Tata Steel Aspiring Engineers Program 2026 provides an opportunity to be placed as an Engineer Trainee in Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Geology, Geophysics, Remote Sensing, and Geo-Informatics fields with a prospect of becoming an Assistant Manager (IL6) after training. Final-year or completed B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg.) graduates with a minimum of 6.5 CGPA (General) or 6.0 CGPA (Female candidates in specific fields), M.Tech/M.Sc. holders, and diploma-to-degree students of the Batch of 2026 are eligible to apply. Candidates must have qualified after March 2020 and must have studied in AICTE/UGC-approved programs, with a domicile preference for Jharkhand and Odisha. Trainees will be provided with a monthly stipend of ₹30,000, medical coverage up to ₹2.5 lakhs, and a post-training CTC of ₹7.4 LPA. No travel reimbursement or recruitment fees are applicable.
