योग्यता मापदंड

Eligibility (SNTI / VT /  506 / 19)

  • Employees Sponsored Candidates-Wards (In Service / Retired / ESS)

Eligibility (SNTI / VT /  505/ 19)

  • Students sponsored by TATA STEEL employees other than Wards (In Service/ESS/Retired)

Educational Eligibility (SNTI / VT /  201 / 19) & (SNTI / VT /  200/ 19)  

Diploma/Engineering-

  • Candidate must have  completed / appeared in the exam of 3rd Semester of the 4-year Engineering Degree Course approved by AICTE/UGC.
  • Must have degree in Any of these discipline-(Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation /Metallurgy / Chemical / Civil / Mining / IT – Computer).

Management-

  • Candidate must have passed 1st year of a 2-year Management Course.
  • Must Have Specification In following Areas- HR-IR / Finance / Marketing / Supply Chain Management / Logistics /Corporate Communication / Operation Management / Social Welfare).

BCA/BScIT/LLB/MCA-

  •  Passed/ Appeared 1st year of BCA/MCA/BScIT/LLB

Duration of Training and Reporting-

  • Training Duration :- 4 weeks to a maximum of 8 weeks.
  • Reporting:- 10th April 2020

General Information :-

  • Stipend : - Tata Steel does not pay any stipend.
  •  Trainees will have to take E-learning module and Class Room Training.
  • Course Fees :- Selected Candidate need to bring Demand Draft (Rs 200 for gate pass & Rs 5000+GST for course Fee) on the day of joining.
  • Conveyance:- Tata Steel does not provide any conveyance (Transportation).
  • Accommodation:- Tata Steel does not provide any accommodation (Room).

Certificate-

  • The trainee will have to submit the Project Completion Report and Attendance Sheet after on completion of the project.

Things Need To Return After Training:-

  1. Arm Band to Recruitment Cell, SNTI.
