How to Apply UP Board 10th & 12th Scrutiny Form 2020
- Students must submit the UP Board Scrutiny application form before the last date.
- An incomplete application will not be accepted.
- Students must attach copies of their original certificate or Internet copy of the certificate along with the application form.
- Students must refer to High School and Intermediate on the Scrutiny application form.
- Candidates whose result is incomplete can also send the application form.
- The scrutiny application form will not be accepted without an application fee. Hence students have to attach DD with the application form.
- Students who want information about their scrutiny result at their address will have to enclose the registration postage stamp mentioning their permanent address.
- Students should remember that the UP Board Scrutiny application form will be sent by Registry / Speed Post only. Direct application submission or courier will not be accepted.
