How to Apply UP Board 10th & 12th Scrutiny Form 2020

• Students must submit the UP Board Scrutiny application form before the last date.
• An incomplete application will not be accepted.
• Students must attach copies of their original certificate or Internet copy of the certificate along with the application form.
• Students must refer to High School and Intermediate on the Scrutiny application form.
• Candidates whose result is incomplete can also send the application form.
• The scrutiny application form will not be accepted without an application fee. Hence students have to attach DD with the application form.
• Students who want information about their scrutiny result at their address will have to enclose the registration postage stamp mentioning their permanent address.
• Students should remember that the UP Board Scrutiny application form will be sent by Registry / Speed ​​Post only. Direct application submission or courier will not be accepted.

• Click on apply online link.
• The new page will open.
• Click on the 10th/ 12th Scrutiny Link. 

• A new page will open.
• Enter your Roll Number and DOB then clicks on the Get-Date button. 

• Fill the application form.
• Pay the application fee.
• Take a print out for further use.

New Application fee for UP Board 10th & 12th Scrutiny form

• Application Fee Rs.500/- Per question paper/ Practical Exam Surveillance.
• Pay Fee by Demand Draft. DD will be in Favour of “Upper Secretary, Madhyamik Education Parishad, Regional Office, Allahabad”.

How to fill UP Board Scrutiny Form 2020

• Students can fill the UP Board Scrutiny form online from the official website of UPMSP.
• Students have to submit the application fee through challan.
• Students have to fill the online scrutiny form for the subjects in which they want Copy Re-check.
• After filling all the details, students have to download the filled application form.
• Students are required to send a scrutiny form filled with challan through registered post to the regional UPMSP office.

• UP Board Scrutiny ऑनलाइन फॉर्म 2020 के संबंध में सभी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है।
  
• छात्रों को चालान शुल्क के माध्यम से आवेदन शुल्क जमा करना होगा।
  
• छात्रों को उन विषयों के लिए ऑनलाइन स्क्रूटनी फॉर्म भरना होगा जिसमें वे Copy Re-Check चाहते हैं।
  
• सभी विवरण भरने के बाद, छात्रों को भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र डाउनलोड करना होगा।
  
• छात्रों को क्षेत्रीय यूपीएमएसपी कार्यालय में पंजीकृत डाक के माध्यम से चालान के साथ भरा हुआ स्क्रूटनी फॉर्म भेजना होगा।
