• तदर्थ शिक्षकों के लिए उनके द्वारा कार्य करने की अवधि के आधार पर सेवा आधारित अधिभार अंक दिया जाएगा 1 वर्ष की सेवा पर 1.75 अंक एवं अधिकतम 35 अंक दिए जाएंगे I
• तदर्थ शिक्षकों द्वारा लिखित परीक्षा में पाए गए प्राप्त अंकों में सेवा आधारित अधिभार अंक जोड़ दिया जाएगा I इस प्रकार तदर्थ शिक्षकों के लिए कुल 500 अंक (लिखित परीक्षा 390 अंक + अधिभार 35 = 425 अंक) का होगा I
