Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have passed Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent The applicant must be able to speak, read and write the Bengali language. Physical Measurement Constable (Male): Candidates of all categories: 167 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 57 Weight (in kg.), 78 cms Chest (without expansion), 83 cms Chest (with expansion – 5 cms.) Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Rajbanshis and Scheduled Tribes: 160 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 53 Weight (in kg.), 76 cms Chest (without expansion), 81 cms Chest (with expansion – 5 cms.) Lady Constable: Candidates of all categories: 160 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 49 Weight (in kg.) Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Rajbanshis and Scheduled Tribes: 152 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 45 Weight (in kg.)

Age limit

Minimum Age: 18 Years Maximum Age: 27 Years Age relaxation is admissible as per rules
