 Lease agreement with authentic proof (Registered Court Agreement)
 Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill/ Water Bill of the month of Dec 2020/Jan 2021
 Medical Fitness and Immunization Record of the child
 Proof of Sibling (Real Brother /Sister) studying in this school only (if applicable)
- Fee Receipt
 Proof of Alumni (if applicable) – Class XII School Leaving Certificate
 Proof of First Born Child (if applicable) - Affidavit
 Special Ground (Parents with proficiency in Music, Sports, National Awardee,
etc.) – Certificate (if applicable)
 3 Passport sized Photographs of the Child along with 2 each of parents
(To be pasted on the Admission Form provided by the School authority at School
Admission Desk )
