Admission Procedure:- 

• Admission to Diwakar Model School is open to all citizens Entry fee is absolutely free for students from the class play way to 5.
• Admission is given strictly at the discretion of the principal on the basis of an entrance examination and interview based on the seats available in the school.
• Fill the registration form for Kindergarten is started in the month of September.
• There is no entrance exam for Kindergarten. Admission is given in the month of January based on interaction with the child.
• Registration for admission to class 1 starts in the month of March, depending on the availability of seats.
• After class KG, admission for the above classes will be done on the basis of an entrance test based on the subject of the previous class.

Documents Required for Kindergarten Admission:-

• Birth certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation. (A verified photocopy with the original)
• The original birth certificate will be sought for verification only, later it will be returned.
• Passport size photograph of the child.
• A passport size photo of the parents.
• A passport size photo of the person who comes to pick up the child from school.

Documents required for class 1 onwards:-

• Last transfer certificate from the previous school in which he has attended.
• Progress report card of final exam pass.
• Latest 5 passport size photos of the student.
• Address proof.
• Student's blood group report.
