 Registration Procedure:-

• Students seeking admission, after taking the registration form from the school counter, duly fill it and submit it at the school counter before the date ends.
• Keep in mind that registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is based on merit marks of a written test and interview, the registration fee is not refundable.
• While filling the registration form, keep in mind that there should be no mistake in the name and date of birth, otherwise once entered in the register it is never changed again.
  
• The candidates registered for the entrance examination will be informed about the test schedule result and admission by the school representative through a phone call or text message on the mobile number given in the registration form.

Admission Procedure:-

• Admission is open for various classes in Shakun Vidya Niketan Public School such as: - Admission is given for Class LKG, Six, Nine, and Eleven.
• Keep in mind:- that admission is always done through written tests and interviews but there is no written test for LKG.
• For admission to LKG, the child should be 3 years from the beginning of the academic year. At the time of admission, the birth certificate of the child from the parents and an affidavit confirming the date of birth are required.
• For subsequent classes of class LKG, counter TC and the result of the previous class at the time of admission are required.
• Transfer certificate should be signed by the education officer of that state for students from outside the state of UP.
• The subjects of the entrance examination for class VI, IX, and XI will be:- Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, and General Knowledge. Only the selected students will be given admission to the entrance examination. The list of students selected in the examination can be seen on the notice board of the school.
• Admission to the school is to be done 3 days after the result of the exam. failing which your name will be automatically canceled, and any other child will be given admission in its place.

Some Required Documents for Admission:- 

1. Duly filled registration form.
2. Previous school report card and mark certificate.
3. Recent passport size photo.
4. Passport size photo of the child with parents recently.
5. Parent's residence certificate or Aadhaar card.
6. Aadhaar card of child {if possible}.

Note:-  All original documents must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
