SMDIC, Lucknow Admission Procedure:-

  • Parents of children taking admission in this school are requested to fill the application form for admission of their children.
  • Application forms for your children can be obtained from the school office or from the reception.
  • The parents of the children have to fill the application form thoroughly and submit it to the school office within the given date.
  • The demand for admission of children in class Nursery is more than 3 years.
  • The age difference of children for admission will be made when the child is suitable for a class.
  • Admission to the children in class Nursery will be given as per the availability of seats.
  • Children taking admission in all classes in class KG or above will have to appear in the entrance test.
  • All those students will be eligible for admission those students will pass in the entrance test.

Note:- 

  1. At the time of admission to class nursery, the guardian will have to produce the date of birth Certificates of the child and transfer certificate, which is mandatory to be signed by the authorities.
  2. At the time of admission of the children, the parents will have to submit the necessary documents and all the fees to be levied in the school.

Some Imp. Note:-

  • After the admission of all the children, it is mandatory for the children to have 90% attendance in this school.
  • The student who wants to take leave from this school will have to write an application to the headmaster of the school.
  • If a child is not able to come to school due to any illness, then in such a situation the parents of the children will have to inform the headmaster of the school.
  • If a student does not come to school for 10 days without the permission of the school principal, then the name of such child will be struck off.
  • And if the child wants to take admission again then he will have to take admission again on the process of fresh admission.

Documents required to be submitted at the time of admission:-

  • Birth certificate of the child received by the Municipal Corporation.
  • Transfer certificate of previous class of children.
  • Completely filled application form of the Children with photograph affixed on it.
  • Color passport size photographs of the child and parents as required at the time of admission.

Note:-  All original documents must be submitted for verification at the time of admission.
