Educational Eligibility-

• DGM - FAD -

1. Any Graduation Degree with 1st class (preferably Commerce) and Chartered Accountant (CA).
2. Additional Qualification: MBA, ICWA
3. Minimum 12 years’ experience as an officer in commercial Banks/ FI(s)

• DGM - Taxation-

1. Any Graduation Degree with 1st class (preferably Commerce) & Chartered Accountant(CA), PG in any field. 
2. Additional Qualification: MBA, ICWA will be preferred.
3. Minimum 12 years’ experience as an officer in areas of taxatio/ Income Tax/Department of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT)

• AGM – FAD-

1. Any Graduation and first class (preferably Commerce) from a recognized University and Chartered Accountant (CA) PG Degree in any field is desirable.
2. Additional qualification: MBA, ICWA will be preferred.
3. Minimum 7 years’ experience as an officer in Commercial Banks/ FI(s).

• AGM - Taxation 

1. Graduation with 1st class(preferably Commerce) and Chartered Accountant(CA). Post Graduation in any field is desirable.
2. Additional Qualification: MBA, ICWA
3.  Direct Tax Profile- Minimum 7 years of experience as an officer handling Direct taxation matters in large corporate / Banks 
4. Indirect Tax Profile : Minimum 7 years of experience as an officer handling Indirect taxation matters in large corporate / Banks or FI(s)

• Manager - FAD / Taxation -

1. Any Graduation Degree with 1st class (preferably Commerce) & (CA). Post Graduation in any field is desirable
2. Additional qualification: MBA, ICWA
3. Minimum 4 years’ experience as an officer in Commercial Banks/ FI (s) with an annual turnover of Rs.1000 crore and above 

• Manager – Treasury-

1. Qualification: Graduation with first class and CA.
2. Additional qualification of MBA/ CFA/ Professionals with Diploma or Certificate in Treasury . 
3. Expected Specialization: Direct Dealings in Financial Products & Markets/ Treasury or Trade Finance Operations in Forex functions
4. Minimum 2 years in Treasury as Treasury Forex Dealer / Forex Sales or Trade Finance Officer 

•  Manager – Risk Management. 

1. Graduation with first class and CA.
2. Additional Qualification of MBA (Finance)/ ICWA/ CFA/ MA (Economics and Statistics)/ CAIIB/ Financial Risk Manager (GARP)/ Professional Risk Manager (PRIMA) or other equivalent. 
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking.

• Manager – Corporate Banking-

1. Graduation with first class & CA.
2. Additional Qualification of ICWA/ 2yrs Full time MBA
3. Desirable to have Certification in Credit program from NIBM, IIBF, Moody's, IIBM, NISM, KPMH etc
4. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Processing / Appraisal of Corporate Credit / Credit Syndication at Corporate / Head Office level of Public Sector Banks / Private Sector Banks / Financial Institutions.
