Eligibility Criteria

OSSTET 2020 Eligibility -

Trained Graduate Arts -

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Commerce or Shastri(Sanskrit) Degree + Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)

OR

  • Four year integrated B.A.B.Ed

Trained Graduate Science (PCM/ CBZ)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science / B.Tech/ B.E. Degree + Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)

OR

  • Four year integrated B.Sc.+ B.Ed from a NCTE Recognized Institution

Hindi Teacher

  • Any Bachelor’s degree 

Classical Teacher (Sanskrit) -

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Sanskrit + Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit)

OR

  • Shastri (Sanskrit) Degree + Sikshya Shastri (Sanskrit)

Classical Teacher (Urdu)

  • Alim + B.Ed./ Urdu B.Ed

OR

  • B.A. (Persian) + B.Ed./ Urdu B.Ed

Classical Teacher (Telgu)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts having Telgu as subject + Telgu B. Ed.

Physical Education Teacher

  • +2 or its equivalent examination + C.P.Ed./ B.P.Ed./ M.P.Ed

Minimum Percentage Marks Required in Degree (Bachelor) Course

NOTE:- This Minimum % Marks is applicable for all Subject/ Stream of OSSTET 2020.
