St. John Bosco College, Lucknow:

• The age of the child getting admission to the nursery should be 3 years 6 months till 1st April of the academic year.
• Application forms will be made available at the college office for a period which will be notified on the college notice board.
• The application forms should be returned to the duly filled office by a specific date notified on the notice board and follow the instructions of the office.
• An attested copy of the Date of birth certificate from  Nagar Mahapalika/The Maternity Hospital/Baptism Certificate (for Christian) with the latest passport-size photographs.

• A Date of Birth Certificate clearly showing the name of the child from the Municipal Corporation/Zila Panchayat and admission certificate from the Kindergarten is mandatory. A Photocopy of the same is to be submitted along with the registration form.
